Marketing Strategy
Extraction The Company intends 
to initially partner with existing mining operations that have already been identified to process their precious metal bearing solutions on site using the MIP extraction beads we are developing and receive revenue by negotiating a percentage the cost savings that will result from our process.
Potable Water The Company intends to initially market and sell its products directly to Water Districts, Municipalities and Public Water Utilities throughout the United States where arsenic problems exist as well as partnering with the engineering firms that actually designed, manufactured and installed the water treatment plants being operated by these Water Districts and Municipalities throughout the United States. Many of the engineering firms continue to have ongoing relationships with their customers through re-design/modification and maintenance projects and contracts well after the initial facility is built. We believe these engineering firms may provide inroads to the same water Districts and Municipalities we would be marketing to directly.
Waste Water Treatment The Company plans to move into the treatment of waste water with the partners it develops in the extraction business. The removal of mercury from precious metal bearing solutions will be its initial focus.
